Refunds Policy

At Shoping Solution, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at support@shopingsolution.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
