Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, personal care items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.
How to Return:
- Email us at support@shopingsolution.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process and provide return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
